Who facilitates The Leadership Game?
The Leadership Game is only facilitated by a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team member like me, Mark Erickson.
How many people can participate?
The game is specifically designed for team of 6-12 people, preferably in even numbers.
However, it can be modified to accommodate as few as 4 people, odd numbers, and dozens, hundreds, or even thousands (yes, really!) of participants by setting up teams of 6-12 per table and modifying the delivery slightly.
Is the Leadership Game available virtually?
Yes, it is! We can use a browser-based application and virtual conferencing to play virtually with small or large teams, very much like how it's done in person.
How long does a typical session last?
The typical Leadership Game workshop lasts 2 hours consisting of about 100 minutes of play and 20 minutes of debrief.
What should we prepare before the game?
To ensure I'm meeting your organization's needs most effectively, I send a pre-event questionnaire to gather some context about your unique team(s), goals, and challenges. I can then customize the gameplay to meet those needs.
Can content be customized?

What happens after the game?
I provide you, the leader of the organization or team, with an executive debrief containing an evaluation of strengths and next steps to move forward on priorities that you want within youor organization.
